Please accept this letter of praise and recognition for the excellent service provided by Saviors. In my opinion, the level of service in providing composite decking and railing was far beyond our expectations. I was completely impressed by the professionalism and one-to-one customer service provided by Saviors. Saviors was functional, well-organized, and hard-working. They completed this detailed task in a mere two weeks. I believe it was their commitment to their profession, and their commitment to excellence that allowed them to go this extra mile. In closing, I believe that Saviors and their team truly deserve to be acknowledged for their hard work and excellent product. I would recommend Saviors to anyone seeking a superior quality decking and installation.

I am the owner of Affordable Fencing and I am writing this to personally thank Dave Wilborn for his outstanding customer service and quality work. I have come across many contractors promising quality work at great prices but Dave came through with both. Saviors Custom Building & Carpentry exceeded all my expectations and I will definitely be using them in the future.

7/1/2008. I'm writing in regards to Savior Construction Co. David & his crew installed siding & solar attic fans for us. They did an excellent job. Our home looks brand new! David & his crew were professional, polite and any problems that arose they advised us, then worked miracles. All in all they are excellent and also cleaned up all the materials on a daily basis. Any future work I plan to do I will definitely call David first.
I hired Dave to do repairs on my home and it ended with me having to hire a second contractor to fix what Dave did. He is not a professional! He installed a tub that he damaged and left which I need to have ripped out and the bath surround he put on the tub did not fit properly which had an inch gap that leaked water since it could not be sealed. I had to pay another contractor to rip it out and replace it. He installed a toilet and left it leaking for 12 hours. He would come when he wanted and promise to come the next day and would not call and not show up. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. He owes me over 6k!! He also has a false address on his website. I went and the leasing agent never heard of him. BUYER BEWARE Dave has had mulitple suties in AC NJ..just check with the courts.
This is a rebuttal regarding a review posted by Lillian Garufi-Peterson. On approximately 8/17/11 I spoke & we went to inspect Ms. Petersons project and was informed this was an insurance job and that the previous contractor didn't complete his contract. 9/13/11 we agreed to go with previous contractors estimate with the bank, which was an itemized list with each item specifying a price "which was pretty fair". We completed & submitted the required documentation requested from the bank and was awaiting the arrival of our deposit to begin. Ms. Peterson neglected to inform me that the previous contractor employed the services of a public adjuster who deducted 35% of our agreed upon price. Prior to starting demo we had to repair plumbing issues in the master bath "i.e. replace shower bracket, toilet fill valve & supply line" to ensure homeowner had a functional shower & toilet during construction. As well as rectifying mold & mildew issues due to water damage in the kitchen, which were submitted to the bank & accepted. Once the checks were released & received by homeowner & invoices submitted to her, she replied that she had to use the funds for something else & would I agree to add these invoices to the original contract. Ms. Peterson was experiencing issues with the bank releasing funds in which I couldn't understand unless there were issues that transpired prior to our agreement that we weren't privy to. I wouldn't expect her or her boyfriend at the time to understand the construction aspect of this business, but attempted to walk them through the process on a level that they could understand. All material were to be builder grade, Ms. Peterson decided she wanted a higher tub subsequent to our installing. Installed with the tub were three wall panels, at the bottom of each panel was an L-shape "which interlocked with the L-shape on the top of every tub" to eliminate any water escaping. Upon installation of the tub we scratched a quarter size area, we then sanded and prepared for glazing and Ms. Peterson attempted to get her higher tub on those grounds. Upon completing all installations, and preparing for painting I received a phone call from the homeowner's boyfriend implying that our services are no longer required and that they have another contractor coming in to complete the job. A few months later, I received a phone call from Ms. Peterson very hysterical implying that the new contractor was very unprofessional, tore up the place and stole $20,000.00 in jewelry from her. An she didn't have anymore money and would I come and complete the job.
I am going to say..Please call these so called references listed. Mr Wilborne is a crook and does sub par work. Working with the Attorney GEneral of NJ.
This contractor does not show up when he says he will. PLEASE dont use this contractor. Go to Angies list and get a reputable one from there
Stay far away. I never do reviews but this guy is a true crook and will take money and run. The multiple stars are lies and do not believe. He was supposed to start addition and he started it and never finished. Not to mention damage the roof cause leaks. Never shows up but when he decides to make guest appearance he will smack a hammer around for like ten minutes and say he has to go get some supplies and never return. How dare you do what you have been doing to people with their hard earn money. Have case against him with Attorney General and doesnt show up for that either. STAY FAR AWAY..... HE DESERVES JAIL TIME
