I just wanted to send you a quick letter to let you know that Bernie and I are very happy with our new granite countertops. We were pleased as to how quickly you resolved the issues on our "punch-list". But we were most impressed with the fact that there was no "muss or fuss" about fixing the issues/problems. As a customer it was a nice feeling knowing that your company's goal was to make the customer (us) happy. Although we encountered a few bumps in the process, the final outcome was beautiful countertops.

Both of you were so patient and helpful... Eric even took the time to help me pick out a great sink and faucet and answered my countless "non-granite related" questions with regard to my kitchen improvements.
Your personal touch is so important to homeowners like us trying to make decisions on home projects; we didn't feel pressured or like you were just trying to make a sale like other companies. Your knowledge of your craft is evident and appreciated. Even the crew who did the installation were awesome guys... friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer our many questions. And last but not least, the plumber you recommended was wonderful too!

I would highly recommend Dominion Granite & Marble to anyone looking for the unique look that real stone gives to a home, coupled with a top quality installation. Eric and Austin installed granite counter tops and a granite kitchen island top for the remodel of my kitchen. We have received nothing but the highest compliments on the granite that was installed. The general contractor on my kitchen remodel said that the granite really brought the kitchen together. I was also highly impressed by Dominion's policy of allowing their customers to pick the actual pieces of stone that will be cut for their specific application. Simply put, there are no surpises or unknowns with this approach. Dominion also worked us into a busy schedule and helped me to keep my total kitchen remodel time to just under a month. I have not hesitated to verbally recommend Dominion Granite and Marble to friends and family. I would also like to say "Thanks for a job well done" to the entire team at Dominion Granite and Marble. The detail, craftsmanship and customer relation that they show in their work is second to none.

Throughout my remodel, Dominion Granite gave me the highest quality service. I received great advice on the best sinks/faucets to choose and where to get them at great prices. Eric did a great job of answering all my questions and giving me info about things I hadn't even thought to ask. I was happy to find that Dominion Granite not only arrives on time (sometimes early!) but gives you a day/time (vs a time window). In comparison with 3 other highly recommended granite companies, Dominion Granite came out with the best prices, and best scheduling. It was a no brainer to pick them. These guys do an expert job, are VERY pleasant/easy to deal with, and deliver great results. They are doing an excellent job running this company!

Austin was very helpful, gave great details and explained the process well. Christa did the and answered all our questions. We would have liked a few more stones offered but we were very happy with our selection. There was a miscommunication on the install day but it was immediately corrected. The installers were nice, courteous and fast. Absolutely no hesitation at all in referring to family and friends.
