Born and raised in Burlingame, California, Bob Regan has been building custom new homes, highly creative custom remodels, and upgrading Eichler and other traditional Bay Area homes for over 25 years. After designing and building his own residence on undeveloped land in Montara, CA, Bob opened Hammer Building in order to take advantage of a great central location and wealth of experience.
Located on the Northern California coast near Half Moon Bay, in the town of Montara, Hammer Building Inc specializes in bringing your new custom home or home remodeling dream to life.
Whether you want to add a new master suite, or completely renew your home from foundation to walls to roof, Hammer Building brings 26 years of Bay Area fine homebuilding experience to your project.
Structural and finished carpentry and decking is our forte, plus we use an experienced team of licensed subcontractor specialists for electrical, concrete, plumbing and stucco. We have a large network of relationships with suppliers of quality building materials, fixtures, stone and tile.
Honest, realistic estimates and a personal hands on approach insure our clients are satisfied with both their investment and their results.
Bob Regan is a fully insured and licensed General Contractor since 1999, with a certificate for remodeling (HIC) obtained in 2001.
