3. How do I rate a contractor?
You may rate a contractor by going to a contractor’s listing and clicking on “Write a Review.” You must have hired the contractor within the past year.
A contractor's average ratings and the number of homeowners who have rated that contractor appear on that contractor's Profile Page (accessible from any Search Results page that lists that contractor). The grades are described above.
- References are kept strictly confidential.
- Ratings are verified for authenticity before being posted.
4. What does it mean if a contractor is not rated?
Contractors without ratings have not provided Contractors.com with references, and have not been rated by users of Contractors.com
