What are Qualified Leads?
Our staff contractors speak to the homeowner* in order to:
- Understand the specifics of the project and convey this information in the lead details.
- Determine that the homeowner is ready to hire a contractor
- If not, the lead is not considered to be qualified.
- Determine whether they have met with contractors yet, and if so how many.
- We restrict the number of contractors that can respond to a lead based on this information.
* In cases where we cannot reach the homeowner by phone, the lead may be qualified by email, and this will be noted in the lead details.
To protect our homeowner customers, qualified leads are only available to our Certified members - those contractors who we know are properly licensed (where required), insured, and have agreed to our Code of Business Conduct.
