Staff Contractors

Are you an unemployed residential contractor looking for work? Perhaps you're a retired contractor looking to make some extra money? If you're interested in a home-based career where you'll earn a decent living talking to homeowners about their projects, we have an opportunity for you!

Our Staff Contractors qualify homeowner leads by talking with the homeowner in order to understand the nature of their project. No cold-calling is required, but you must have the ability to 'talk shop' with homeowners who request quotes from specialized contractors.

Our Staff Contractors enjoy the benefits of working from home and are expected to make 100+ phone calls a day in response to homeowner inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience as a contractor for home improvement, repair and building projects.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.
• Good computer literacy and own a personal computer with internet access.
• Ability to work from a home office.
• Customer Service experience is an asset.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset
